Maria Fischetti is the first face many families see when they enter Atlantis Academy Coral Springs. As the receptionist, Maria welcomes visitors and students to the facility and assists parents, faculty and staff with scheduling throughout the day. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she spent much of her career in the hospitality industry, working in hotel reception and owning her own hospitality business. As the receptionist at Coral Springs, Maria loves seeing the students come through the door each day and watching them grow and develop throughout the year.
Karen Sandberg

Karen Sandberg has served as the bookkeeper at Atlantis Academy Coral Springs since 2015. Prior to joining the Atlantis Academy team, she worked in the insurance industry as both a customer service manager and trainer and commercial insurance underwriter. She also spent eight years as a realtor. Originally from Fort Wayne, Ind., Karen has spent nearly 10 years in Florida. She loves working for Atlantis Academy and enjoys the opportunities to work with children at special events throughout the school year.
